| Description: | In association with the Chichester Festivities and Waitrose Chichester; West Sussex Guitar Club presents a Celebration of the Classical Guitar at St. Paul’s Church, Northgate, Chichester on Saturday 15 July at 7.30pm. Members and friends of the Club will perform the concert with guest appearances by Amanda Cook and Elias Sibley. Amanda has been a member of WSGC for many years and is not only a great friend of the Club but is the professional guitarist the membership wants to see more than any other. We are absolutely delighted that she is prepared to give her time to help support our organisation. Elias makes a welcome return having recently played for us at the Regis Recital Hall and entertained us with his mastery of not only the guitar but also the classical banjo and ukulele. The concert is the latest to be performed by Club members as part of a fundraising drive having had excellent reviews from similar events at last year’s Bognor Bandstands and Selsey Festival. |
