| Description: | Making Waves on Broadway - the magic of music continues August Bank Holiday Sunday 24th August. Following the huge success last year, the It’s Magic organisers are creating another magical day of music to play in the Broadway area of Haywards Heath, on August Bank Holiday Sunday 24th August. There will be two stages at each end of the road, with 14 performances of Jazz, Soul, Rock, Classical and Brass music for all, played back to back from 11am until 10pm. The popularity and success of last year’s event has ensured that this unique event will take place, having received donations from Savannah’s, Orange Square, Evo and Q Bar. To create the magical summer street party atmosphere the Broadway area is closed to traffic for this unique event with additional seating areas spilling out into the road from the cafes, bars and restaurants. The above mentioned cafe bars and restaurant areas will be extended transforming it into an area for residents to listen to a variety of music from outstanding musical talent playing a variety of jazz, classical, brass, country and blues musicians. Haywards Heath is full of life, come and join in, you will be compelled to dance in the street. |
