| Description: | Lunchtime Organ recital given by Matthew Raisbeck. Matthew was born in London and educated at Eastbourne College where he held Music and Organ scholarships. He spent a year as Organ Scholar of St. George’s chapel, Windsor Castle before reading music at Worcester College, Oxford where he was Organ Scholar. Whilst at Oxford he conducted a number of choirs including the choir of Oxford University Press, The Cherwell Singers and the specialist contemporary repertoire choir Musica Beata. The recital at St. Leonard's Church Seaford will include Bach's Prelude and Fugue in D minor and Liszt's Fantasy and Fugue on the theme BACH. Concert lasts approximately an hour. |
