Description: | The Boundstone Chorus present an evening of great choral music both old and new conducted by Aedan Kerney MBE. The programme will include: “Love divine all loves excelling” by Howard Goodall (Classic FM Presenter and Composer in Residence), “Five Mystical Songs” by Vaughan Williams (setting of poems by George Herbert), "Totus Tuus" by Gorecki (celebrating Pope John Paul II's third pilgrimage to his native Poland in 1987), "O Magnum Mysterium" by Lauridsen, "I was Glad" by Parry (Coronation anthem) and pieces by Handel and other composers. |
