| Description: | Ensemble Reza was established in 2013 by a group of Sussex-based players to develop a programme of concerts and educational workshops for local schools and audiences. ‘Reza’ comes from the Greek word for ‘roots’, and the players enjoy performing locally, at their roots. The group brings together a wealth of talent, and will perform a Mozart String Quintet, and the lyrical (and tonal!) "Verklärte Nacht" by Schoenberg. Pavlos Carvalho will give an introductory talk on the latter piece at 6.45 pm, open to all ticket-holders |
