Description: | Brighton-based pianist, Johan de Cock, presents a lunchtime recital of Romantic and original piano works at the Brighton Unitarian Church. The concert, which has a distinctly Italian flavour and will last about 45 minutes, includes three Venetian Gondola Songs by Mendelssohn, late pieces by Franz Liszt from Années de pèlerinage, Vol.3 and Weihnachtsbaum, as well as an original set of variations based on the Latin hymn, 'Veni, veni Emmanual'.
