GERARD BROOKS is Director of Music at Methodist Central Hall Westminster and Curator Organist of Richard Bridge’s eighteenth century organ at Christ Church, Spitalfields. He is a professor of organ at the Royal Academy of Music and a tutor for the Royal College of Organists, of which he is a past president. He also teaches the organ at Sevenoaks School.

His many recordings include the complete works of Eugène Gigout and Camille Saint-Saëns, as well as a CD of 18th century English music recorded at Christ Church Spitalfields. He is the presenter and a performer on the Fugue State Films DVDs “The Genius of Cavaillé-Coll” (which won the BBC Music Magazine Award for Best Documentary in 2014) and “Widor: Master of the Organ Symphony”. As a solo concert artist he has performed in many major venues in the UK and across Europe.

Lunchtime Organ Recital in aid of Christian Aid lasting approximately an hour given by Gerard Brooks.
